Holiday cottage open all year long and located less than 5 km from the lake of Aiguebelette in Savoie, in the Chartreuse regional park. This is a large quiet house located on a 3000 m2 land. Easy to reach, 10 min away from the highway between Lyon and Chambéry, take the exit "Lac d'Aiguebelette".
Private pool, outdoor games for kids and grown ups (trampolines, bowls, table tennis...) but also inside games (table football, board games, playmobils, dolls...), hikes/walks, bicycles, close to ski resorts (Saint Pierre de Chartreuse, La Féclaz, le Revard...).
The cottage includes 15 beddings, 7 spacious rooms with 5 bathrooms, an adjustable lounge room with a piano for the artists (even beginners), a bar, a kitchen...
A free management is offered, for a minimum of 2 nights during the weekend or for a week.
Ideal for family stays, but also for friends, weddings or seminars.
The house is 600m high, at the foot of Mont Grele (1425 m), the highest point of the Epine Pass.
The house was built in 1890. Several extensions have been made through the years, lately the main room has been modernised to offer a clean view on the surrounding landscapes.
It is near the lake of Aiguebelette, one of the cleanest and warmest natural lakes in France. Various activities can be practiced at the lake for sports and nature addicts such as treetop adventure course, rowing, fishing, paragliding, kayak, pedalo, bicycle, paddle, via ferrata, swimming, etc.
Nearby "La Maison du Lac" will tell you everything.
The lake's shores include seven beaches, restaurants, snacks, takeaways...
