About
Foot reflexology is the use of massage and acupressure techniques on the whole foot.
It's a support method based on the existence of reflex zones and points located on the top and bottom of the foot, corresponding to all glands, hormones, organs and parts of the body. Foot reflexology involves applying sustained pressure with the fingertips to reflex zones and points. It's a wonderful tool for maintaining and preventing better health and general well-being.
