From the Kanoti Nautical Base, discover the wild Rhone river in canoe-kayak. 5 descents are proposed to you according to your level. Kanoti is also an accommodation service with unusual offers and a small restaurant in summer.

La Chouette Lucienne
An 8 km canoe-kayak trip on the wild upper Rhône from the Lucey weir to Yenne. Discover the area from the Rhône, with views of the Grand Colombier, the Dent du Chat...

Gorges de la Balme
A 10 km canoe-kayak trip on the wild Haut Rhône from the Gorges de la Balme to Champagneux. Suitable for beginners. Discover the region via the Rhône, crossing the Pierre Châtel gorge.

From the lake to the Rhône
A 22 km route between Lac du Bourget, the Savière Canal and the wild Upper Rhône, aimed at a more sporty audience. Discover the different aquatic worlds of our region (lake, river...).
Meet at the nautical base at 10 a.m.
Course includes: 2 weir crossings (fun rapids), 1 weir crossing (10m).
Compostelle / ViaRhôna by the Rhône
10 km route. Canoe/kayak descent from the Balme gorges to Champagneux. Descent reserved for Compostelle pilgrims and cyclists touring on the Viarhôna, with transfer of belongings and bikes.
Descent conditions and schedule:
Meeting point is at Kanoti - Camping et base nautique du haut Rhône sauvage. 1st thing to do on arrival: go to the reception chalet and fill in the rental contract and payment (credit card or cash) for the outing.
Each outing includes a briefing at the base, equipment including lifejacket(s), paddle(s) and waterproof canister(s), and transport by minibus to the launch point (subject to availability). When you return from your outing, take advantage of the terrace of the Guinguette du Castor to sample our organic & local beverages and taste our artisanal village ice creams.
What to bring: water, cell phone, closed-toe sandals or sneakers, hat or cap, sunglasses, bathing suit, shirt or T-shirt, towel and change of clothes.
Outing cancellation clause: the base will contact you in the event of thunderstorms, storms or major temperature variations. Rain is not a reason to cancel an outing.

Complement welcome
Present yourself at the welcome chalet on arrival. We'll have you fill out 1 rental contract, equip you with a life jacket and waterproof canister, give you arrival instructions and take you by minibus to the starting point of the tour.
